My experience in level 1 at the Southern California College of Construction has put my life in a new path after leaving the Marine Corps. The instructors are skilled and very knowledgeable in their work. It is amazing how they are able to put so much information into a three week course, and have twenty people pick up and retain the information. If anyone would ask me about this school I will highly recommend this school. I am looking forward to my next levels of training. Working on the field training site has been my favorite part of the course. The people and staff are great. I can’t wait for the interesting years ahead where I can show off my knowledge and experience in heavy machinery.

Southern California College of Construction is a great institute. I have experienced a good education because I have learned a lot in these three weeks. I have learned that safety is the number one priority, how to service the equipment, and what to do to accomplish and succeed my goals in the industry of heavy machinery. The instructors have demonstrated their acknowledgment by working together with every student everyday. Over all I like this school and I want to continue for the second and third levels.

I Anthony Marasco Junior am very grateful to the staff here at SCCC. Their time and experience helped me become more confident in the ways of heavy equipment. I was so impressed with the type of machinery they have and how kept up it was. So I am going to level two now to learn more and be better equipped then Joe Some. I feel that things will be better for me and my family now. The Rodeo was quite the experience to do yourself, and quite a feat.

My time here at S.C.C.C. has been very informative. The instructors and staff have been very helpful in my training as far as hands on I can’t say enough about my experience. The job placement assistance has been so very helpful ensuring that I understand the importance of appearance, to follow up on the companies that I apply for. The instructors in class and on the equipment have been more help that I ever expected they really do care about our safety and take the time to answer our questions.

I’ve found that SCCC to be a very good school. Even though I was the only female in level one I was treated just like everyone else. The Instructors here have made learning to operate heavy machinery easy to understand. I would recommend this to any female interested in becoming a certified heavy equipment operator, and to learn and enjoy a new career.

My time at the Southern California College of Construction, the Staff, and instructors were good and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me what to do and explain the reason behind it. The equipment was well maintained and the different pieces and brands was a good way to learn the controls. The book was very knowledgeable and informative. I am very pleasant with the school and the staff running it.
